Professional Experience and Education
Dr. Hamilton graduated from Macalester College, Saint Paul, Minnesota with her bachelor’s degree in biology. She then went on to complete her medical degree in 1982 at the University of Minnesota, School of Medicine. Dr. Hamilton subsequently completed her residency in the University of Minnesota’s Internal Medicine Program at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in 1985.
She was a member of the medical staff at Abbott Northwestern from 1985 to 1992 and from 1992 to 2012 she was a staff member and partner with Emergency Care Consultants, P.A. practicing emergency medicine.
After completing extensive training in anti-aging, regenerative and functional medicine through the prestigious American Academy of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine she was awarded the title, Advanced Fellow by the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.

Personal
Born and raised in Arizona, “Dr. Alyse” had the unique life experience of being raised on a Navajo Indian reservation where her father, fluent in Navajo, taught English in the local school. After high school, she chose Minnesota as her destination for higher education and is to this day, a proud Minnesotan.
In addition to being a loving Mom to her children and “Grand-mama” to her precious grandchildren, she is an active member of her church and a frequent supporter of the Guthrie Theater. Dr. Hamilton also volunteers her personal time in Haiti as a physician and has travelled there several times to do so.
